Service Description
Mindfulness is observation without judgement. It uses the conscious mind as we engage only with the present moment. This allows us to free ourselves of the unhelpful conditioning and patterns of the unconscious mind, and also assess things more objectively. The coaching process helps us to systematically identify any judgements or limiting beliefs that are preventing you from living the life you want for yourself. Bringing awareness to these precipitates a change in perception and releases any attachment we have to previous patterns of behaviour. We will use tools such as breathwork and meditation throughout the course. A course of 6 weeks is recommended, although an Intro session is available to book as a single appointment.
