But, why?
I’ve spent 20 years at sea — deep sea and ferries, from cadet to command. I battled anxiety, bouts of depression, and the quiet, constant weight of stress and overwhelm.
Like many of you, I didn’t talk about it. I didn’t want to seem “weak.” Especially as a woman at sea.
But after an unplanned flight off some drydock scaffolding, I got a serious wake-up call.
Since then, I’ve read the books. I’ve done the work. Workshops, courses, 700+ hours of yoga teacher training, Peloton, and a fire walk for good measure.
Trial, error, and breakthroughs.
Now? I’ve created a step-by-step program that I wish I had back then — one that’s realistic, sustainable, and made specifically for seafarers like you.
